 Question:  I don’t see my make and model of my car?  

     Answer:  We are working on adding more options to our store.  Send us an email with your make and model and a descriptiong or picture of what you are wanting.  We will review your request and see if that is something we can do for you.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We are artists and enthusiasts at heart.  We do not RUSH to meet deadlines.  Quality above all else is our goal while being timely.  VenomousCabon will ship your item (s) as soon as they pass quality inspection.  VenomousCarbon shop will work hard on your item,  product time period runs between 2-8 weeks,  that depends on how complex your project is. 

RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer refunds on items that are custom made to order as those are created specifically for the customers style and preferences.  However, we are committed to customer satisfaction which means we will take each return on a case by case basis to work with the customer.  

ORDER CHANGES:

If you decide you need to change your order, please contact us immediately.  We will see where your item is in the production line and see what we can do for changes, depending on timing we might not be able to change your order.
