TA Wing Ends from Factory are HEAVY. We looked into them a little deeper and found they are mid grade tooling alloy – overly heavy and the OEM finish from MOPAR left a lot to be desired.
The Venomous Carbon TA Wing Ends are full carbon fiber hand laid in the USA. Using a proprietary low exotherm Epoxy Resin with a High Density 19.8oz stack layer in 45* offsets – we achieve not only a stronger lighter part, but one that is true to the Vipers pedigree. Our wing ends do not have a carbon back side.
Ours not only weigh less by more than half but have a true AAA-Grade show finish with a high gloss finish. We retain the factory diffusor cutouts and provide a 5 layer thick solid carbon panel to replace the OEM steel ends. These aren’t weak or flimsy like competitor wing ends.
Beyond the internal build style we finish it with a show quality 2:1 High Solids Urethane in a 3 stage approach for a glass like finish that shines for years to come.
Production is made to order – We are timely in production however due to the bespoke nature of each item we offer timelines can take a little additional time.
