The Venomous Carbon Fiber ACR Canards are full carbon fiber hand laid in the USA. Using a proprietary low exotherm Epoxy Resin with a High Density 19.8oz stack layer in 45* offsets – we achieve not only a stronger lighter part, but one that is true to the Vipers pedigree. Our canards have a not carbon back side.
The set of (4 total) you receive are built to impress but also make real downforce just like OEM. In fact, these are a 1:1 molding since we all know MOPAR spent countless hours in wind tunnel testing to make some of the best Aero ever put into production. All we did was improve the density for added rigidity and offer full carbon parts that have a variety of fiber options. As seen on many of the worlds fastest G5 Vipers today; our Canards make a statement.
Beyond the internal build style we finish it with a show quality 2:1 High Solids Urethane in a 3 stage approach for a glass like finish that shines for years to come.
Production is made to order – We are timely in production however due to the Bespoke nature of each item we offer timelines can take a little additional time. Due to this we quote a 12 week production but may take longer as needed to ensure a quality item is received. As always we thank you for your patience!
