The Venomous Carbon Fiber Valve Covers are full carbon fiber hand laid in the USA. Using a proprietary low exotherm Infusion Epoxy Resin with a High Density 19.8oz stack layer in 45* offsets – we achieve not only a stronger lighter part, but one that is true to the Vipers pedigree.
While lesser made parts would use ABS Plastic mounting points panel-bonded to the underside (It looks cheap and half done) we implement (4) differing molds to make just (1) pair of these.
From the top you see our outstanding gloss and attention to detail; if you flip it over you’ll see that detail wasn’t lost. Double Sided Carbon Fiber is a marker of quality and that’s all you will see from us.
Beyond the internal build style we finish it with a show quality 2:1 High Solids Urethane in a 3 stage approach for a glass like finish that shines for years to come.
Production is made to order – We are timely in production however due to the bespoke nature of each item we offer timelines can take a little additional time.
